USING FUZZI BUNZ
Simply slide an insert inside the pocket of your fuzzi bunz diaper.  For extra absorbency a wash cloth or doubler can be added.

SNAPS - Snap leg snaps tight enough that diaper in snug  and there are no visible gaps between the diaper and the leg where something could seep out.  Next snap belly snaps to a comfortable point. 

SOILED DIAPERS - To check if the diaper is wet just feel the insert in the back of the diaper.  After a while you will be able to tell how wet the insert is just from the texture of it when feeling through the outside of the diaper.  When soiled store your diapers in a dry pail or one of our washable hanging diaper pails until you are ready to wash them.  It is helpful to shake the insert out into your diaper pail or shake so that it is slightly out of the diaper so it doesn't get stuck in the diaper when washing.

DEALING WITH THE NOTORIOUS #2

When you change the soiled diaper if the baby had a solid bowel movement just flip the diaper over the toilet and the stool will fall in.  If the stool is solid but particularly sticky I hold either end of the diaper(on the outside where it is clean) in each hand and rub the inside of the diaper together and it falls right off.  Don’t worry about any little stickies or runny stools, they will rinse away when you pre-rinse your diapers.   

WIPES - Since I am washing diapers anyway, I like to use cloth wipes.  You can use whatever soft cloth you have lying around or buy fleece wipes here.  I wet my wipes with plain water since my children have such sensitive skin.  You can make your own wipe solution, however, and store it in a spray bottle or squirt bottle.  You can wet your wipes with the wipe solution or spray directly on the baby and wipe away with a water dampened wipe.  The wipe solution is made with 1 cup water, ¼ tsp baby shampoo, & ¼ tsp baby oil.
